Very little spritz, lots of salty licorice and olive broth, blackberry, blueberry and black currant. A little but surprised at how young this is showing but absolutely delicious.

BYO (Casa FV): A nose that puts a smile on your face! Obvious "natural"-style aromas of finnish salmiak, juniper-wood and black olives, strawberries and blackberries, granite dust and white pepper. Juicy and harmonious on the palate, distinctly mineral-salty, with no hard edges and a little residual co2. Fresh acidity leads the way and tannins kick in on the salty finish. Pure joy and easiness to drink. With a bell-clear syrah varietal character and the non-interventionist profile, the sender identity speaks for itself. D & R, of course. Love it!

More than a year later, another really good bottle that tasted so young that blind tasters even suggested it could be a 2018...

Some spritz initially. palate had cedar wood and blackberries, but not overly heavy.
