Last bottle and it was delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness in this bottle, great minerality, the body was balanced, just a great wine after 6 years.

Just fantastic from pop to last drop! The nose has honey suckle, lemon peel, hay, wet stone, light citrus effervescence. The wine is light in color but there is plenty of body to pair with food or on it's own. Had this bottle with pumpkin ravioli with a butter sage sauce, the pairing was perfect. The taste had nice light citrus that evaporated immediately to give way to the minerality and honey. The acidity was there but it was in perfect balance with the wine that made this very hard not to gulp. The wine swells a little with air but it stays in balance as it warms up.

Still going great, a little less sweet now but lots of fruit still.

Noticeably sweet and alive, but delivers pleasant aromas and flavor and a lasting finish. Help up well over several days in the fridge.
