  The wine looks Garnet colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like Mushroom, and Chocolate. The body is Medium. The wine has Round texture. The wine finishes Medium. Yummy. will definitely drink more. Not much astringency

  Nose: Very fruity nose with aromatics of sweet berries. Blackberry, Black-Cherries and blueberry underlaid with wild herbs & white pepper.
  
  Taste: Very dense but silky wine on the palate with well integrated tannins & good acidity. Everything is in a good balance. The primary fruit dominate the Mid-palate. In addition you can find notes of salty licorice, tar and graphite on the back end. Nice finish with a good length.
  
  Good QPR. Enjoy this wine within the next 3-4 years.

  As always, excellent value for money. Unblended Nero d’Avola wine that spent just three months in used barriques. Intense dark red in color with purplish tinges. Interesting nose with cherry and cranberry aromas intermixed with lavish spice flavors (thyme, white pepper, rosemary). The well-balanced palate reveals nice red fruit, round tannins and an inciting acid structure. Good length. Let this wine breathe one hour before serving. Drink it now and over the next 2-3 years.
  
  Zoals steeds, een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. 100 percent Nero d'Avola-wijn, die slechts drie maanden in gebruikte barriques rijpte. Intens donkerrood van kleur met wat paarse tinten. Interessante neus van kers en veenbes, aangevuld met weelderige kruidenaroma’s (witte peper, tijm, rozemarijn). Mooi uitgebalanceerde smaak met aangenaam rood fruit, ronde tannines en een zeer aansprekende aciditeitsstructuur. Degelijke nasmaak. Laat deze wijn een uurtje ‘ademen’ voor consumptie. Te drinken: nu en in de komende 2-3 jaar.
