Opened for a dinner party during the appetizers and this was quickly overlooked in favor of other wines on the table. It definitely improves when allowed to warm up a bit. Color is light straw. Nose is burgundian, little oak. Tart apple fruit, nice mouth feel but something is lacking. It would probably be great with Asian or Indian cuisine.
