Pale Lemon in colour. Medium intensity on the nose with lemon/lime and a faintest hint of dairy, a generous minerality. The nose carries through on the palate but with a more developed lemon sorbet and more pronounced creaminess. Dry, Light bodied, pronounced acidity, med- alcohol, med+ Intensity. Long finish. Still developing with a few more years to go but great right now. Highly recommend if you can find it.
