Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 90 points

  • Light, clean, crisp and dry with an interesting fruit sensation and minerality that almost defies explanation. My wine advisor says he had not tasted this wine in several years since several recent vintages were disappointing to him. It seems that the 2004 and regained complexity. We served it to a dinner party of eight that included veteran and casual wine drinkers and everyone loved it. It was the hit of the evening of the four wine that were served. Try it with cheese and crackers, shrimp cocktail with louie sauce or subtle fish such as flounder, dover sole or tilapia. My guess is that this is a "drink young" wine and I mention this since I have quite a few whites in my cellar that are five years old.
