Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Tasted at McCarthy & Schiering. A very restrained nose with a faint hint of pepper. The palate is drenched in minerals and saline. This is a much leaner example than the other wines poured, but it was admirable for its purity. I wouldn't pop one any time soon, and frankly I'm not too sure of what will emerge from the shell over time.
