Tasted at Quinta de la Rosa. Medium body and well presented flavors of caramel, dried and fresh fruits, leather, earthy, slight baking spices. Well balanced, structured. Nice finish.

20% vol., complex tawny with woody and earthy notes on the nose; honey, almonds, and dried fruits on the mouth, nice sweet/freshness balance and a long finish. there is a little bitterness and a feeling it is past its prime (bottled in 2011 -- and, according to the winery, it should be drunk up to 3 years after bottling).

Certified Port Educator (CPE) Course; 4/18/2022-4/24/2022 (Porto, Portugal): Bottled in 2021. Amber-orange in color. Herbal notes with some red fruit still present. Elegant flavor profile with nice complexity and well-balanced finish.
