Light colour. Orange, apricot, lemon and musk. Palate is quite sweet and has softened out nicely, flows pretty well. Drink now and over the next couple of years.

This has matured nicely. On opening, there's distinct honeydew and rockmelon. Then peach and spice. It's enticing. Medium bodied, but beautifully rich and textural in the mouth. Shows spice, ginger, stone fruit, musk and pebbles. Don't serve it too cold.

Excellent again. A lovely combination of fresh texture with just enough palate weight and complexity. It's an interesting wine tonight, giving off slightly different nuances over time. The following day, there was still lots of life and even more pronounced ginger spice.

Aromas of white flowers and apricot. Follows on the palate, with the kind of spice you find in ginger. But it's the mouthfeel which I found very appealing. It was clean, flinty and crisp, with intensity. Much like a classic Chablis in a way. Long finish too. It's excellent now, but has a way to go yet.
