CHAMPAGNE FIRST FLIGHT, MONDAVI AND OPUS ONE SECOND FLIGHT (Hi-Time Wine Cellars, Costa Mesa, Ca.): Tasting of 5 Champagnes at Primas. Showed a great fruity nose and fruity in the mouth, medium body, nice toasty but simple finish. Outclassed by its peers today.
