Slightly yellow. Peach, apple, freshly cut wood. Opened for my son‘s 11th birthday. Viscous but still fresh. Slightly phenolic. Medium to long finish lacking the fruit.

Slightly yellow, white edge. Honey, peach, grass, floral notes. Aromas follow when drinking. A touch of bitterness. Nice balance. Between full bodied an fresh. Lingers on slightly. A bit more youthful than last bottle.

Yellow, intense color. Fruity and floral with notes of peach. Still fresh but on the lush side. Traditional winemaking has given the wine longevity. Bottles which I drank before gave me greater pleasure. Still good but time to consume my remaining bottles.

At first very "Veltliener" like, honey, white pepper and lots of herbs on the nose. The herbs stayed over the time of the evening but the honey transformed into more citrus components. On the palate I miss the last tick of acidity, nevertheless very mineral & long.

Weinabend (@Home): Glass: Riedel Vinum Riesling Clear, pale golden, youthful color. Medium intense, youthful -> developing nose. At first I thought it to be a Grüner Veltliner. It had this honey and herbs note at first. Over time this changed to clearly identifiable citrus aromas. Dry, lean, only 12% abv, white pepper, driven by minerality and not the fruit. Herbs (Thyme) , medium acidity, elegant, medium length. Gets more tension with air. Has potential for further development of at least 5+ years.
