Drunk at Albergo Pace, Val di Stura. Recommendation of Raffaele. 1 day open. Perfect. Very aromatic. Strawberry, elderberry. dried fruit, intense floral notes jumped from the glass. Everything is in poise. Soft tannins. Integrated acidity. No hard edges. Went very well with a 4 course meal. Even with asparagus and with stewed deer.

Thick black with a brown rim. Mushrooms, dried fruit, earth. Appealing. Intense attack in the mouth. Thick. Perfectly melted tannins. Great.
