  A wonderful Shiraz. Black berry and cherry, Hunter earth and leather. Spice and a hint of pepper. Bold but not overboard. Wouldn’t guess it’s 10 years old. Length, depth and complexity in spades. Great wine and a bit of a surprise package.

  Decanted for 7 hours. Dark ruby in colour with a chocolate spice aroma. This was a really lovely wine. There was an inital hit of spice followed by some fruit flavours with a lovely and interesting caramel/toffee undertone which was a nice surprise. The finish was medium/long and dry with perfectly balanced tannins.
