Medium amber colored with high viscosity (20% ABV). The nose has intense aromas of yeasty bread, green almonds, warmed cashews, dates, and coffee. The palate is sweet with medium (+) acidity and a full body. It shows off more nuts and fruit than bread/yeast- Dates, raisins, smoky oak, dried figs and cashew. A luscious dessert wine to enjoy with a cheese board or some Baklava. 91 points from me and at $20- a 5 star deal.

Rich nose of dulce de leche and butterscotch budino. Indulgent. The sweet cream notes are followed by a spicy rum barrel kick. Some appreciated retraction of sweetness on the finish. Good stuff.

We liked this! Max in particular is getting into sherries, and mostly we like the dryer ones, but loved this as a sweet example. It had some nice complexity, though we didn't take notes. We'd drink it again.

Delicious, and well made. Raisin, dried fig....but not too sweet. Also lasted in the fridge for 2 weeks between small glasses and stayed in perfect shape.

Figs, raisins, molasses. Rich mouth. Very sweet and sticky on the finish. I'm guessing that most likely is past its drinking window.
