  It is a very good quality wine. It has a lingering finish and a nice flavour concentration. It also shows clearly the typicity of an Alsatian Gewürztraminer however it comes out flabby, so much residual sugar and flavour concentration needs a bit more of acidity to be balanced. Can drink now, but it has enough fruit concentration to develop some more tertiary aromas over the next 2-3 years.

  bu trop tot mais déja un bouquet complexe, fruits exotique, epices en bouche le vin est vif, tres équilibré sucre/acidité, sans lourdeur sur des notes de fruits exotiques en sirop avec encore des épices, une pointe de muscade ? belle longueur qui ne s'affaise pas. Une très belle bouteille en devenir
