w/ Tim Cousins at the UC over maccaroons. Nice Redish brown tint. Nose became floral after an hour. Thick and syrupy but not over poweringly sweet. Nice fruit overtones and Carmel undertones.
Cork broken, took hour to really improve. musty off the first pour. Blew off after 20 so minutes.
