At it's prime. Drink now. The wine has improved considerably since 2013 when we tried it the first time. Paired nicely with bratwurst and peppers & onion (classy!). Notes of strawberry on the pallet. Rather complex and not at all a flabby Pinot.

A good California pinot, not too oaky or extracted with reasonable acidity. Pleasant cinnamon, spices, pine, develops well in the glass. Shows restraint and the alcohol is not intrusive.

Very cloudy in appearance. Thought the cloudiness was from jostling it bringing it up from the cellar, but the cloudiness persisted the next day. Muted fruit and acidity seemed lacking. I know it sounds like pretty harsh criticism but still a pleasant PN. My last bottle. Given my previous bottles I will likely buy again.

Good drinking now. Wouldn't hold too long, maybe two years max. Reidel Pinot glasses with baked coho salmon and dill sauce.

An outstanding bottle! This is really singing now. It has gained weight, and the acidity is perfectly balanced against the richness of the fruit.
