  Night two: Enjoyed this more on night two although still not as vibrant as expected. Dominant fruit aromas/flavors were peach and tangerine.

  At JTYH Heavy Noodles: Fantastic vibrant Albarino with good acidity, boatloads of minerals, great depth, classic underripe peach; not your typical bubble gummy fruity-fun Rias Baixas. In Val de Salnes, certified organic. Awesome with the homemade Chinese food.
