TasteLive #Touraine: Setting the International Standard for Sauvignon Blanc (TasteLive.com): (12.5%) 100% Sauvignon Blanc – Tight mineral core with lemon, citrus edges. Crisp and dry with nice acidity and loads of white pepper spice that linger all the way through a clean, lasting, persistent finish. Plenty of structure here but perhaps a bit lean and short on fruit. While a nice wine there were others from this tasting I preferred at the same price point.

The wine looks Yellow colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like Grapefruit, Apple, and Asparagus. It tastes like and Cut Green Grass. The body is Light/Medium. The wine finishes Medium.
