Very Burgundian even Puligny in its styling- restrained, tightly wound, elegant but with lovely fruit and some Indian spice evident in the palate. Not at all Australian except for the 'extra' oak which still minimal is obvious. Seriously delicious is the only way to describe the wine.

Tight, restrained, powerful, with a dense mid palate and a long lush finish. The oak and alcohol are carefully kept in check. Australia's finest Chardonnay? I wouldn't argue with that. All it needs is some personality.

Very intense on nose and palate, offering tart citrus and very focused fruits. A little oak peaking out at present and hopefully will integrate with a little time in cellar. Overall a very good wine with a lot of potential.

Pineapple and minerals, followed by limeade and grapefruit. Very zippy but with nice balance. A touch of oaky vanilla on the back end, but in a pleasant way. Wonder whether this will last for more than 2-3 years, but probably won't wait around to find out. Agree with previous commenter who likened to Chablis....

Really like this wine but it is a little over naked in my opinion.
