Spectacular wine. Borders that line of not quite New World and not quite Old World, but what a beautiful balancing act it is.
Dried Meyer Lemon, Key Lime, Tart Green Apple, Fresh Baked Sourdough, Clotted Cream, and Lively Acid. For how rich and creamy this was, it had amazing vibrancy and freshness to it. Believe this will develop quite well over the next 5-7 years.

Notes of peach, nectarine, lemon zest, round and full with a creamy texture. Not fully settled for now and work to do in the bottle but this shows potential. Barrel Sample. 20% new french oak, 7 months on lees within barrel and then another 3 months in barrel after racking. 91-94

Aussie Icons Midyear Tasting 2019 (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): A tiny cow shit note under unripe and dusty lemon fruit. Controlled oak. Proves quite sour on the palate. Nah.

Fine, elegant nose. Fine oak.
Palate shows quite high, smokey oak. Fruit closed. Good acid. Needs 5+ years.
