Dark straw color. Green grape, oak and flower on nose. Medium legs. Soft mouthfeel with some tartness at the back of the tongue. Notes of Meyer lemon, apricot, honeysuckle and peach. Long finish.
This bottle is considerably better than another that we opened a few days earlier.

Popped at poured at dinner at home. Straw yellow. Wilted flowers on the nose. Medium legs. Sharp almost sour notes of citrus and gooseberry with some honeysuckle. Age has not mellowed the sharpness of the sourness. Medium finish.
N.b. One of us thought that the wine was so sour as to have turned. This bottle may have been corked.

Sancerre and Pouilly Fume Blind Tasting: This was very Pouilly Fume. Smoke, gunpowder, stone fruits, lemon-lime accents. A ripe and full wine with good length. Very much enjoyed.

Nice solid SB. Cut hay and green fruit nose. Citrus, minerals, only a little grassy in front palate. Very tart SB kind of finish. Very good with a Thai dinner.

Customer Appreciation Tasting (Bin 75): Citrus and gooseberries complemented with some prominent minerality that cuts the roof of the mouth- gotta love drinking young Pouilly Fumé.
