Very typical grenache driven wine with black cherry, cola, garrigue, and white pepper. There is a great earthy barnyardness to this wine which I really dig, in fact I currently feel this is the only reason to drink CdP. This is great at the moment, but needs to be drunk up.

  (cellar inventory maintenance - drank July 2017) no notes taken contemporaneously, but this wine exceeded expectations. Really a lovely example of aged CndP, with a fine balance of fruit, acid, not at all heavy or overwrought. I remember wishing for a second bottle to try again within the next 3-4 years.
