  Great cali cab. Drinking well now. Decanted, a bit of sediment but not too much.

  In a very nice spot. Pnp'ed for a big group so this is my memory of what was a relatively small taste. Just in a good balanced place at the moment. Tannin somewhat resolved. Fruit there but not overpowering. A bit of earthiness and leather to balance. Not a wine that made me truly take notice, but enjoyable.

  Decanted for 1 1/2 hours. Paired nicely with a some big Ribeyes. Great Happy Canyon Cab.
