Floral nose but candied black raspberry on the palate, finishes with oak and forest floor, very intense. By no means over the hill. Probably better with a beefsteak with mushrooms than the salmon I served it with.

Nice mouth feel, not too thick, not too thin. Starting to get some real brick color. Good black fruit, then finish with a good balance of acid and oak. Not a lot of complexity, but a good solid Pinot that sits somewhere between typical CA and typical France.

I agree with bconly. This is is a nice CA pinot at this price point. I like how the cool vintage shows too as the wine is somewhat restrained and there is a nice amount of acid to keep it lively. We both enjoyed it.
On day three, the last third of the bottle is a little too sweet and candied for me.
