This is a crowd pleaser. A fitting contrast to their Cab, which needs a surprising amount of time; whereas, this is likely immediately enjoyable, right out of the gate. Though in all fairness, this is now 4 years after release. We had a corked bottle just last night but this one's solid with no flaws and so, just a real obvious go-to that won't likely offend anyone. I can honestly say I've never had this wine...or even seen it, for that matter and can only guess that it's somewhere in the sub $15 range and at that, a no-brainer QPR.

Great Merlot! Drinking well right now. Sounds like it has softened up. I think nietzschephilosopher was right!
