Pale straw. A touch of peach kernel alongside the Palamino nose. A mix of richness, or at least the illusion of it, cut through by some minerality and good acidity. Finishes brightly. It continues to evolve and while not necessarily improving, it is evolving in an interesting way. ***1/2

Mainly Pinot — work folk tasting/social (Home): Retains its classic palomino nose. A little more evolved, and a bit richer than when last tasted four years ago. Smoother too. Finishes well. ***1/2

Persistente. Atractiva evolución....

SLDS June 2017 #2: Herb, lemon, straw and a touch of an oxidative note. Good cut, the acidity gives the rounded fruit good precision and the wine balance. Drink now based on this bottle I think.

Immediately opened 2nd bottle. Some oxidation showing up. Again odd wine. Has the mouthfeel of white rhone yet lemon acidity. Color is Vigionier like. I truly like unique wines but this one is awkward.
