Flight 2, Australia & New Zealand, Wine 2 (blind): The wine was medium lemon in colour and offered apple, some citrus, nutty notes, biscuit, mocha, some smoke and some vanilla on the nose. On the palate the medium- to full-bodied wine showed lemon, apple and biscuit flavours, paired with medium-level lively, well-integrated acidity and very good length. A medium-bodied, well-made, well-balanced, medium-complex Chardonnay that drank well. A nice wine. Good QPR. I liked it. Drink now and over the next two years.

Typical low altitude South Australian chardonnay. A seasoning of new oak is the only good thing about this wine. Peach and melon. Low acidity. !1990s Kath and Kim wine. Australia chardonnay has improved hugely from this style. *cough* Wickham's *cough* Road *cough* Excuse me.
