Opened two bottles. Slightly difference in the color between the two but the nose and taste was alike. More minerality in the nose of this 2011 than the in 2010 (tasted same time). A nice viscosity and quite vibrant minerality. Long finish. Very delicious. Food parring: Turbot with rosehips and apple. 93-94P

An elegant rendition of the vineyard but certainly of short on power. There’s plenty of sappy orchard fruit action. It has some cooler nettle and lily things buried below the flesh and there’s some freshly grated ginger. It has good shape and presence and length is very long and oozes minerality.

BORGOGNA BIANCA AL LUPO CATTIVO: Degustato alla cieca. Da Magnum. Materia possente, c' è tanto di tutto. Tanto legno, miele, fiori di tanti colori, salvia cedrata, zenzero. Un vero Batard sparato!! Purtroppo come tanti Batard, spara tutte le cartucce subito e poi si affloscia perdendo un pò di precisione sul finale e dopo due sorsi ne hai già a sufficienza. Il tempo e la materia sono dalla sua parte, credo che tra qualche anno sarà un bel vino.
