Domaine Faiveley Tutored Tasting (Peach Garden OCBC Centre): Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of pear, peach, tropical melon, and chalky limestone minerality. Developing. On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Medium+ flavor intensity, with flavours of pear, peach, tropical melon, and chalky limestone minerality. Long finish. Very good quality. Will improve with another 5 years of age.

Nose was of apples, pear, oak and some minerality. Palate was complex and approachable. Fresh acidity and layers of fruits, minerals and oak. Finish was long and enjoyable.
