Avec scampi islandais.
En faisant suite au Buisson-Charles Vaudésir, on a l'impression que ce Puligny-Montrachet a une signature minérale plus marquée au nez au moins.
En bouche, c'est plus frais, tranchant, élevage moins marqué, mais longueur un peu décevante.

Tasting at Domaine Faiveley (Nuits Saint George): Nose is a bit more brooding and dense here as we move up the quality ladder. Quality is clear on the palate with a great combo of concentration and crunchy/juicy acidity. Long finish with stony apple and mineral. 91-92

Pale lemon green with pronounced and developing notes. Pineapple, lemon, tropical fruits. High acidity, medium+ body, pronounced intensity and long finish. Faiveley tasting at the Domaine.
