Starting to show its age as it has began to thin out and leave barnyard funk behind. Still a big California pinot with loads of cherry cola, vanilla extract, clove, and other baking spice. Alcohol stings on the finish and makes it very disjointed. I'd drink these.

(Cherry Pie (Hundred Acre) Pinot Noir Stanly Ranch Vineyard) Medium cherry red color; savory, tart cherry, almost syrupy, tart raspberry, baked raspberry nose; tart red fruit, tart berry palate with medium acidity; could use 1-2 years; medium-plus finish

Fruit is definitely fading but enough remains to compliment the cola, brown sugar, and dark spices. Still a full bodied wine.

A very big, dense, and strong Pinot. Though enjoyable, not my preference in style.

Actually had two bottles. Nice Pinot nose, darkish color. Smooth, rich, flavors of blueberry, plums and mushrooms.

This was meant to drink young and we waited a bit too long as it is now showing a hint of a harsh edge.
