Clonakilla Dinner 2012 (Moon Under Water, Melbourne): 2011 was a very difficult and wet vintage in Canberra. Tim explained that the Cabernet grapes generally coped well compared to the Shiraz grapes owing to their smaller, thicker-skinned berries. Despite some excellent efforts, the struggle of the vintage was evident in the wine which, although well made, was somewhat thin and a touch green.
