This bottle stank when the cork was pulled and you could smell it from across the room. Double decanted, re-sealed and left in the fridge for a day.
Light reddish-brown colour with a strong rose tint. A light, delicate flavour of honey, prunes and plums, with hints of orange zest and raisins. (The honey note is reminiscent of botrytis.) Sweet and a little sticky.
