  Not exciting but always reliable and to me very pleasing wine. Quite deep in color with no hint of browning just a healthy ruby. Nose was somewhat muted with some of the xinomavro fruit with some additional darker fruit. Palate has a wonderful sleek texture with a good tanninc load that is not aggressive and a bright acidity that cleanses the mouth. Essentially a food wine and for me very satisfying. 2005 has quite a few years of life ahead of it (5 to 10 for sure).

  Dark ruby. Light viscosity. Tempting, complex aroma of black olive, dried fruit and some oak. On the palate affluent acidity and round tannins, dark fruit and spice. Fleshy structure and a good lasting finish. Will develop still.
