We bought this from the winery during a tour of the Clare valley, while very beautiful, seemed to produce a style of shiraz not to our taste. However time resting in our cellar has certainly been beneficial and we totally enjoyed this wine last night. Sadly this is our last Covenant and we now look forward to another trip to the Clare when SA really opens its borders again.
