  Didn't take notes but this was a very impressive bottle of Champagne. 92-93 range. No oxidation and quite lively. Paired very well with smoked salmon.

  Double Blind Wine Dinner @ Le Provençal (Le Provencal, Miracle Mile, Coral Gables,FL): The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium. It smells like lemon, orange, pineapple, oak, geranium, diacetyl (butter) and biscuity. The body is medium. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.   Served at last night's wine group dinner at Le Provencal. I found this disappointing; maybe an off bottle? Nice foamy head when poured, but hardly any bubble action in the glass. It didn't taste flat but it was leaning that way. Actually seemed to improve a little longer it stayed in the flute
