  Served pnp, while enjoying some pasta con ragù alla bolognese. Ruby-red. Heart-cherry, plum-juice, leather, tobacco and dried San Marzano tomatoes, along with dried parsley. The wine possesses soft and ripe tannins, as well as a somewhat tart acidity. Cherry, plum and spice on the palate. A bit austere. Long-lasting finish. Still young, but already quite fun. An enjoyable Dolcetto.
  
  Herzkirsche, Pflaumenjus satt, Leder, Tabak und getrocknete San Marzano Tomaten mit gerebelter und getrockneter Petersilie. Am Gaumen weiche, reife Tannine und eine mundwässernde, knackige Säure. Wieder Kirsche, Backpflaume und Gewürze. Herb. Langer Abgang. Bereitet schon viel Vergnügen, obgleich noch jung.

  Stunning Dolcetto, had over two nights (open bottle in fridge) and its not many producers that can create such an elegant and playful Dolcetto. It's still young and will evolve over the next few years. The wine is fruity, fresh with black cherry, red fruits and long finish.

  Medium bodied red with cherries, almonds and licorice leading to medium+ long finish with minerality, drying tannins and good acidity. Wonderful pure fruit came up nicely after decanting of a couple of hours.
  
  Perfect pairing with homemade pizza prosciutto. I need to find more of this beauty.
