  Popped and poured chilled bottle. Poured dark with a hint of red brick. On the nose, hints of smokiness underneath a surprisingly fresh bouquet. On the palate, smooth (and became more velvety after about 10 minutes) and slightly sweet on the front, expanding rapidly mid-palate with a lot of depth. Can't quite put my finger on the flavor profile I'm getting mid-palate. Suffice it to say it's really interesting & intriguing! The finish lingers nicely. Stems up!
