  Chalky nose. Greasy, mineralic, slate , tropical fruits, great "heavy" wine. Worked perfectly with fish/serrano ham and subsequent iberico.

  Brilliant. Nice perfume, and great acid. Hint if sweet on the finish

  Light color, easy to drink. Dry wine, high acidity, medium alcohol. well balanced and not sweet. Taste of apricots, lichies, honey, herbs.
