($20) A lovely little red Burgundy. Translucent ruby in the glass with hints of a tawny color in certain light. Aromas of tangy black cherry, copper, and earth. Medium-bodied with ripe red fruits that take the balanced middle ground between soft, hard, sweet, and dry. A pleasant surprise. Thanks to Lance S. of Centennial for the recommendation.

($20) Ruby, translucent color. The cork was wet and showed mold, so this seeped at some point. Initially has a funky nose like psychadelic moss…or lime zest and moss. This blew-off some to reveal light candy cherry fruit and some earth. Not bad.
