On the nose: Bread, red apples, flower meadow, herbs, forest, salvia and a nice parfume. On the palate: Fudge, burnt butter, green herbs, very elegant and good balanced Medium + finish

Quite a mature, full yellow colour for such a young Champagne. Juicy, fresh green apple on the nose, it developps an intense spirty-pharmacy note quite early, which somewhat dissipates with time only in a big glass. Pronounced backbone of accidity, rather stern feeling to it, but lots of energy as well. I believe it would benefit from some more time in the cellar, but others thought it was completely ready. It is certainly peculiar and good, but probably not my favourite style of Champagne lacking in charm.
