  (100% Pinot Noir aus Lagen auf 350 bis 500m ü. M, 60 Monate auf der Hefe, 6.5g Dosage) Grüngelb. In der Nase mit würzigen Noten, grünem Apfel, rauchige Noten. Im Gaumen zugänglich, feine Perlage, knackige Frucht, viel Druck, viel Frische. Im Abgang langanhaltend mit grüne Apfel im Rückaroma. Hochwertig.
