  Judgment of Madrid, time for aficionados plus a late dinner (Vila Viniteca - Madrid): Noticeable a new non-pre-oxidation bottle? Could I repeat it was just for those winemakers seeking for something called 'more natural'?
  Pure Chassagne essence here, elegant to the bone with a lovely sweet touch. Classy, mature but rich and having good acidity. Give me more of this stuff. Pleasure giver.
  Perfectly paired at la Piperna.
  
  ¿Es noticia una nueva botella sin oxidación? ¿Podría repetirse es sólo para viñerones que buscaban algo "más natural"?
  Pura esencia de Chassagne, elegante hasta la médula con un rico toque dulce. Clásico, maduro pero abundante y poseedor de una buena acidez. Dame más de esto. Un suministrador de placer.
  Perfectamente maridado en la Piperna.

  Private Dinning: You Bring then I Do (Restaurant La Piperna - Madrid): Still a brilliant golden colour with any trace of pre-ox.
  Less expressive on the nose than previous bottles but keeping all the best a 1998 Chassagne can offer us, honeyed and citrus scented.
  Delicate in the mouth, sheer and quite long.
  Founded new bottles so who knows...
  
  Todavía de un brillante color dorado con ninguna traza de pre-oxidación.
  Menos expresiva que las botellas anteriores pero manteniendo todo lo mejor que una Chassagne del 98 puede ofrecer, melosa y aromatizada a cítricos.
  En boca fue delicada, asedada y bastante larga.
  He encontrado otras botellas así que, quien sabe...
  Maridó calamares en puré de guisantes.

  Pre-Ox? C'm on, don't bring me down!
  Same good feelings, both nose and palate. I know it's a Chassagne but one of the Puligny elegance was observed.
  Profound, bright golden colour.
  Honeyed nose of meringue pie aromas.
  Acidity is quite prominent on the palate. Mature pineapple memories.
  To repeat. Pairing a magret of duck.
  
  ¿Pre-oxidada? Venga ya, ¡no me hundas!
  Las mismas buenas sensaciones, ambas en nariz y paladar. Se que es sólo una Chassagne pero se apreciaba una cierta elegancia.
  Profundo color oro brillante.
  Nariz melosa con aromas a pastel de merengue.
  La acidez es muy prominente en boca. Recuerdos a piña madura.
  Para repetir. Acompañando un magro de pato.

  Second chapter of this white burgundian oxidized incident and what can I say? This is gorgeous!
  Golden colour for a meringue pie nose. Complex indeed.
  A honeyed palate is showed. This is rich, opulent.
  A pure example of what a 15 years old Chassange can offer.
  
  Segundo episodio del incidente oxidativo de los blancos borgoñones y ¿qué puedo decir? ¡Esta es maravillosa!
  Color dorado para una nariz a tarta de merengue. Compleja sin duda.
  Muestra una boca melosa. Es abundante, opulenta.
  Un ejemplo puro de lo que una Chassagne de quince años puede ofrecer.
