  For price, good value for this simple straight forward sparkling wine. SB is the varietal, and is a sharp, semi-sweet style with a one noted fruit component which is at this point kind of subtle - apple/green apple.
  
  The acid and mouse is zippy and wakes up your palate without question. Is tasty. Would go over well as simple crowd pleaser and match with appy's...Not much complexity and would look elsewhere for same.
