  Keeps getting better. Notable improvement after opening. And, FYI I always use an aerator when pouring.

  Fully ready to drink. Good dark fruits, with chocolate nuances that worked wonderfully with the chocolate mousseL we enjoyed for dessert. Lacking some of the intensity that we have enjoyed in other California Cabs. We opened this following an excellent 1986 Château Sociando-Mallet with a steak dinner.

  purple, medium body, muted dark fruit aromas and flavors, modest finish, easy straightforward drinker
