Interesting single-fermentation sparkling wine. Med straw with delicate perlage. Muted aromas of ripe yellow apple, lemon, white flowers and a hint of sourdough. Dry, with med (+) acidity and med (-) alcohol (11%). Light-bodied, with a touch of palate-cleansing bitterness on the finish. Solid Prosecco alternative in the $20s, not so much QPR in the $30s.

Hints of flowers, ginger ale and tree fruits but most of all spring water and minerals. This could be interpreted as bland but I choose to see it as subtle in a positive way, crisp and refreshing. Puristic.

As before, a bit simple, but satisfying and tasty. Green apple, citrus, and yeast, with a moderately fine bubble.
