  开瓶就是一股酱油味，低温醒了3小时，完全无改善，果味全无，酒精味突出，彻底垮掉的酒。如果不是酒存储中过热，这个酒已经过适饮很久了，对marsannay村级来说陈年能力太差了

  PNP into Lucaris Burgundy glass (“Flower” day): Pale ruby.
  
  Pronounced charred herbs, florals, a little savoury. Some seaweed at the undertone too. Fruits comes into play at the second wave. Delivers a ‘classic’ feel.
  
  Good tension - High acidity, minerality that is almost saline. Silky but quite a bit of tannins. Good grip of flavours. Very persistent, focused finish.
  
  Good to have the chance to try now but clearly will benefit with quite a bit of cellar time, i.e. at least 5-8 years. 91-92 points.
