  This was surprising. I expected something past peak, but this seems to be drinking very well right now. Not an every day Malbec. Deep dark purple color. Nose: dark fruit and cedar. Palate: black currant, black cherry, spice, cedar, tobacco. Acid that makes it all sparkle and no alcohol burn despite the 14.5% content. Looking forward to second night after it opens up.
