Tasted as part of WSET Level 3 wine class. Pretty certain this is the first Tasmanian Pinot I've tried. Medium intensity nose of red cherries, cranberry, rhubarb, leather, earthiness, chocolate, cedar and smoke. Medium body, mouthwatering, with more jammy notes (e.g. strawberry) on the palate. It comes across as a bit hot and thin. A decent wine, but nothing special.

Spicy, bit of a zing on/under the tongue. Bright red fruit in front of a traditional body and a light barnyard. Simple, not much on the finish. Needs food; not a sipper.

Beautiful natural raspberry nose, with some perfumed flowers and spice. I served this chilled and it was extremely refreshing. Lovely light fruit flavours up fruit with a bracing acidity and young tannin structure. For me it is too dry to fully enjoy and does not have enough depth of flavour, so not really my thing. This is definitely an end-member pinot designed for summer sipping.

Bright redcurrant nose. Little vegetal aroma with time in the glass. Tart and zippy with raspberry fruit and a touch of grip. Simple but enjoyable.
